God's Simple Solution

God's Simple Solution
“Put on the Lord Jesus Christ,
and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.”
ROMANS 13:14

God’s Solution to the problem of sin, self, and satan is to have us put on the Lord Jesus. Only through Him can we “make no provision for the flesh,” and only through Him can we “stand against the wiles of the devil.” We dare not make it more complicated when the Lord has made it simple.
To focus on our flesh and on our enemy is a huge waste of time. Instead, we must perceive just how glorious the Son of God is, and press deeply into Him. Do you have a method, or a Man? It is not about me, my flesh, or the devil – it is all about Christ, and as He is increased, none of these other things can do anything but be decreased.

The Prince of Peace

Apostle Colette Toach

The Prince of Peace

Be still and listen to my voice, child. For when the winds are blowing hard and it seems that you have no control over your sails, it is then, that you must be still and listen to My voice. Do you remember how I stilled the storm? I am the Prince of Peace and if I am your King, then are you not also covered in peace?
So let my love and my peace rule over you. Allow Me to cover you from every doubt and fear. Look up to me and I will displace your fears with faith in my power. You will see that you have the One who has overcome the world, living inside of you.
Do not be shaken, child, but come to me. See how big my hands are and how strong my arms can be, to carry you through. The storms that you face, are but a breeze to me and with one word, I can gain the attention of the tallest mountains. Every creature bows down to me and all the kingdoms of this world are servants to me. I can turn every storm around for your favor and change the direction of every wind. So be still and know that I am God. You are Mine and I am yours. Amen

Where the Power Lies

Apostle Colette Toach

Where the Power Lies

My power is mighty to save and deliver, child. I can move mountains out of your way and blast away the giants that stand before you. So why not use my strength? Why not use my authority and the weapons that I have given you?
Do not push in your own strength, but take up the sword, the shield, and the power of my anointing. What took you all of your might, would take you very little strength, when you do it with my anointing.
What have you put your hands to today? Where have you committed your focus? Stop in this moment, and instead of pushing through on your own, tap into my anointing inside of you. Speak my Word, use faith, hope and love and see the mountains tremble before you. There is success when you are in Me, child. So let your yoke be light by picking up the anointing and using my Name.
In you is everything you need to overcome every obstacle, so take up the mighty weapons before you and let us conquer what lies ahead together, for there is much to look forward to and many victories to claim. Amen

Don't Instruct the Master

Don't Instruct the Master
“Far be it from You, Lord;
this shall not happen to You!”
MATTHEW 16:22

See how many times the disciples tried to correct the Lord. See how many times they argued with the Lord. See how many times their thoughts contradicted the Master. See how many times they urged Him to take action. And the Lord, ever patient, would correct them.

In every case we see that He is the Lord, and they are the disciples. The roles must never be confused. He is the Master, and we are His servants. We do not command Him, but He commands us. We do not lead Him, but He leads us. He was not created for us, but we were created for Him. He does not serve us according to our pleasure, but we serve Him according to His pleasure. So we must be adjusted to Him, and not the other way around. The Lord will never apologize to us and say, “I’m sorry, I was wrong. We’ll do it your way.” How laughable! How absurd! But we often live as if we expect Him to do that very thing. We have not humbled ourselves.
