Start out Small

Have you ever seen a fountain that shoots out water high into the sky? You may only see the end result at first but what you forget is how it all started. When the water came through at first it was just a small little stream that tried to push through. And only as it kept flowing did it manage to go high and look so magnificent.

It is the same with you and with you tapping into my anointing and my power, says the Lord. It starts out small maybe with just a little trickle but as you keep pressing forward and as you keep going it will eventually look magnificent and it will be something many see and gaze at.

So do not be discouraged, my child, but press on forward. Just give this your heart and trust in me. I can do all things and there is nothing that is impossible to me, says the Lord. Come and trust in me and plug into my stream of power and anointing and before you know it, you will shoot high up into the sky and many will follow your example, says the Lord.

The Rain Marks a New Beginning

Each time a rain storm comes, it is as if the old is washed away and the new is given a chance to begin. Even though rain can announce the end of something beautiful, it also announces a break and gives way to new life to spring forth. It is the same in your life my child. Do not despise when the rain comes and the storm hits. Even though it may make you weary at times, know that it is the beginning of something wonderful.

When the rain falls it gives the ground a chance to rest and to take in all the nutrients that come with the rain. It is the same in your walk with me. When the rain comes take the time to soak up my anointing and my love so that when the sun rises yet again, you are ready for what the new season brings with it, says the Lord.

So embrace the rain and the storms in your life for they are not there to harm you, bur rather to give you the chance to enter into something new says the Lord. As you call on my name and stand in my strength, you will always rise up into all I have for you, says the Lord.

The Dusk Announces My Peace

Even as the dusks settles at night my child, so does my peace settle on you at the end of each day. The battle has been heavy and you have pushed through much. As you press on through, stand in faith my child and give it your very best each day.

When that day comes to a close, rest assured that I am in control and that I have made preparations for the night to be a success also, but rest in my arms, says the Lord.

Come and enter into my peace afresh and let me saturate your being. Let me fill you with strength and give you a new vision for the new day that awaits you , says the Lord. I am by your side always and I am with you every second of your day and of your night.

I love you so dearly. So rest assured that I truly do give my beloved rest! I am there to give you all that you need no matter how heavy the battle might seem, says the Lord.

One Building at a Time

One Building at a Time

My child, even as a city is built one building at a time and one structure at a time, so am I building my Church even now, says the Lord. There is much that I want to change and there is much I want to shake, but I will do it one thing at a time. So if you could just stand strong in me and stay close to me, you will see very clearly when to do what and when to press on with what.

For I am restoring my Church and I am using you to do it. You may not feel so important but even when a building gets built there are so many different parts to the success of it being finished. The plumbers need to do their job and the painters need to complete their work. Different workers come in at different times but each one is needed, says the Lord.

So trust in me and walk this walk in faith. Walk this walk now and focus on what I have called you to do so that my city would be built and the Church would indeed become the city set on a hill that I have destined her to be all along, says the Lord. Press on forward now my child, and walk out each season diligently and with perseverance. I am by your side and I will strengthen you each step of the way, says the Lord.

Water From the Rock

Water From the Rock

It is hard to imagine water coming from a rock, yet this is exactly what my promise is to you today my child. Could the children of Israel imagine water gushing from a rock to feed the multitude? Yet I delight in doing the impossible. I delight in taking the harder route and proving myself to you.

For if you could bring about the miracles in your own power, where would your trust be in me? You would only think that you brought about the changes with your very hand. So do not become discouraged if I seem to be leading you to a rock face. For when you are at the end of yourself and you have no resources left, then I will gush water from the rock for you. When the way is steep and the situation impossible, I will reveal my glory to you.

For then you will know that I am God. Then you will lean on my power and trust in me alone. You will no longer lean on your own strength and abilities. For when you are at this place of weakness in yourself, then you can stand in my strength. So watch then. See the rock at your face and rejoice, for the very thing that looks so immovable today will be the solution to your cares tomorrow says the Lord. Amen

Stand in the Wind

Stand in the Wind

Just as you feel the effects of the wind, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes, so also are my ways beyond finding out. For even if you knew my ways, would this take away from my effects in your life? My child instead of trying to understand everything, stand in faith rather and believe that I am moving on your behalf.

Do not try to understand why or where I will move, only stand and feel my wind blow through your life. See that I am here and that I will finish what I have begun. Have I said it and will I not do it? Do not allow your heart to be troubled today child and do not try to understand my ways. Instead just have faith in me. Trust that I will not forsake you. Trust that even now I am blowing my wind through your life to bring about the changes.

For I will not forsake you and what you do not understand, I understand. What you do not see, I see. So put your life in my hands and stand in my wind. Then you will see the great things I will do on your behalf says the Lord.

See as I see

See as I see

I am a father that will never let you down. I am a groom that will meet your every need. I am a friend that will remain by your side. No matter where you go today and no matter what obstacles you face, know that I am always with you my child.

I take you in the palm of my hand and I see that you are perfectly and wonderfully made. As a proud father, I hold you up to the world so that they can see how precious you are. I cradle you tenderly and as I look at you, I see the treasures and the good things I have put into your life.

So why then my child do you always see the shortcomings and the things that are not good in your life. Why do you continue to see the flaws and the areas that lack? For when I look at you, I do not see the areas that lack. Instead I see the change you have gone through. I see the progress you have made. I see the times you tried with all your heart – even when you failed. Your failure was not important to me, but rather the heart with which you tried.

I see how much you have done in my name and I see the good things you have done. I do not dwell on the evil and so you must also not dwell on the evil. Bring all sin to me and place it under my blood. Then see the treasures I have given to you. See the change and see the precious gem that you are to me. When you do this, you will start to understand the visions I have given to you. You will understand the road I have put you on.

For I have destined blessing for you and not cursing. I see your potential and I am making a way to bring out that potential. I am not leading you into a snare, but into a wide land. So know my heart for you child and see that I stretch out my hand to you in love and not in anger. Take my hand and experience my love and you will then see yourself as I see you says the Lord.
