Open the Curtains
Like a curtain blocks out the
light, so do your sins hinder my light from shining through you. They
build a curtain and a veil between you and me. As easy as it is though
to open the curtains so that the light of the day can shine into your
room, it is the same with your sins.
I gave you a solution for your
sins already two thousand years ago. Stop making it so complicated. Stop
seeing your sins as this big mountain that you cannot overcome. Stop
worrying about them and condemning yourself because you failed again.
I know your heart, and I know
that you will fail time and time again. This is why I sent my son so
that He can make a way for you. Take hold of His victory today. Take
hold of the promise that you find in the finished work of Calvary.
Come to me, repent and let me
wash you clean once again. This is all that you need to do. Open the
curtains today and remove every veil that stands between you and me.
