“God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders,
with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will.”
HEBREWS 2:4
When
people are healed and delivered it gives us a taste of what conditions
are
like when Christ has preeminence over all things. Miracles give us a
glimpse of a future time when He will make all things new and there will
be “no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain,
for the former things have passed away” (Revelation 21:4). What we
consider miraculous in this Age will be commonplace in the Age to come.
