Your Empty Light is On

My child, sometimes it's so easy for you to run and just keep running. However, when is the last time you saw a car just keep on going even after the empty light came on? Just like a car's gas tank needs to be filled up after driving a certain distance, so do you need to come and rest in my presence to fill up.
You may be strong and capable, and even have great hope, however if you don't run with your tank filled up, your empty light will come on and before long your car won't run anymore.
So, take the time to fill up in my presence, says the Lord. Take the time to come and receive from Me so that I can give you what you need to touch the hearts of my people.
Take time to just sit on my lap and listen to my gentle voice, directing and guiding you, and also pouring my love on you. Come even now and fill up your empty tank afresh, says the Lord.
