Recognize the Gift
My child, indeed, I have placed a gift in front of you. But it is you who must reach out to open and unwrap it.
You must first recognize that it
is a gift. You look at the pressures and the situations that I have
brought upon you, and you want to run, but if you see what these things
can produce, then you will push through in excitement and
anticipation, knowing that they have come to make you.
So do not be downcast or feel
discouraged, but rejoice and praise me because I have found fruit in
you and found you worthy to be pruned.
Take this gift that I have set
before you then and smile from ear to ear. As you see this gift for
what it is, if you see the fruit that it will produce in you, you would
be glad and rejoice in it.
Perhaps right now, it feels like
you are being stretched, but one day you will look back and appreciate
this gift. You will see that through it, YOU have been made into a
gift that I can present to others.
So embrace it and lean on Me for
all things. I will see you through to the end and you will surely see
your reward, says the Lord. Amen.
