Keep on Shooting

Even as an archer doesn't just give up shooting arrows after just a few tries of hitting the mark, so do I want you to persevere, my child. I have given you many goals to aim for and I have given you many promises.
Those promises are yes and amen, and my hand is indeed upon you. Don't just give up shooting for them at the first sign of failure. Keep on going and allow me to direct you. Allow me to give you wisdom and strength, says the Lord.
I am the one who gives you the promise. I am the one who shows you the goal. Don’t be discouraged if you are not there yet, but keep on moving forward, placing your trust and all that you are in me, and me alone.
I am the author and finisher of your faith. I have called you, will I not also do it? So don’t give up shooting those arrows to reach your goal. Don’t give up standing on the land I have given you. Don’t give up speaking against the wiles of the enemy. For the victory is indeed yours, says the Lord.
