Use Your Canvas

My child, you often view your life just like an artist views their canvas. You look at the picture you have drawn and you are not satisfied. You wish it could look different. You look at it and hope that you can just erase what is there right now and use different colors and different scenes to complete your painting.

However, my plan is very different my child. You may think that what you have right now and the way things are is not enough, but have you stopped for a moment and considered what I think and what I have for you? My will is not necessarily always yours unless you come to me and submit to it completely.

My child, I have already given you so much and I have made your life in a certain way for a specific purpose. There is no one else out there who has the same canvas as you. No one has lived the same life you have. You are unique and special to me. Now instead of looking around you wishing that things were different, I want you to take what I have given you and appreciate it. It is unique and I have picked it out for you, says the Lord.

You are so precious to me my child. So take hold of what is happening right now and take charge in my power. Grab hold of the reigns of your life and take the picture you have right now and make the best out if it. Then when you pick up your canvas and compare your painting to those around you, you will see how set apart you really are.

As you rise up and walk out your calling in fear and trembling you will notice that what I have given you is indeed unique and different for a reason. It is so that things could be complete. None has the same as the other. Each one of my children are unique.

So take hold of your call today. Take the canvas you have and work with it, says the Lord.
