Weakness Made Into Strength

My child, I love you and I am always there for you. I never expect you to face the challenges of life alone. Yet, sometimes you get it into your head that you need to be strong and that you have to be this big leader. My child, the best leader is one who knows how truly weak and foolish they are, and then relies on my strength to take them where they need to be.
You see, it's really not about how strong you can be and how capable you are. It's about surrendering that very capability and ability to Me, and allowing Me to add the anointing and use it as I see fit.
So stop running around trying to be something you are not, and just rely on my strength, says the Lord. Trust in Me and in my power. For I have not called you for your ability to push through and work hard. I have called you in your weakness and because you are willing to submit to Me at any time.
Come afresh now and let Me overwhelm you with my love and care. Then, take that strength and lead in power, says the Lord.
