Don't Look at the Weather

My love, just because the sun shines, it does not necessarily mean that it is warm outside and that the weather is perfect for outdoor activities. Also, just because it is raining outside, it does not necessarily mean that the ground is ready to produce crops and yield good fruit for you.
Sometimes, you need to go outside and actually feel the air and touch the ground to truly know what the season is and what you can or cannot expect.
So it is in the spirit. Just like you cannot simply look at the sun or the rain to know what the season is, so must you not look at your circumstances to see what season you are in.
Don't wait for the perfect weather. Just listen to my voice and allow me to tell you the season. For if I say to you that it is the season of promise for you, then if your circumstances do not show it, they are in rebellion and you can call them into line, says the Lord.
