they may have life, and that they
may have it more abundantly.”
JOHN 10:10
Those
who hunger and thirst after Righteousness – Christ – will be filled.
Thus, the one who is filled is never hungry or thirsty. So on the one
hand I want to know the Lord and my desire for Him increases day by day;
but it is not the desperate search of a hungry or thirsty man who is
fainting and wasting
away.
I am full of Him because He fills me. There is my “Life, and Life
more abundantly.” My Life is not in what He gives me, but in Who He is.
