It Is In the Quiet

You will find my power in the silence my child. So as I draw you aside and call you to the quiet, realize that it is here that I am answering your prayer. For you have run a long race and it has been very noisy round about you.
It has been frustrating and you have called out to me often. However it is in the quiet that you will hear my still voice once again. It is in the quiet where everything will make sense. So come to me. Run away from the noise for a moment so that you can hear my heartbeat once again.
For the enemy would try to push you beyond what I intend. He would try to cause you to strive and push harder. However you can only run this race when you are sure of your destination! Come and get the direction for that destination in my presence. Steal time away with me so that I can impart something new to you. Then your eyes will be opened. Your heart will come to peace and you will know the next step you need to take says the Lord. Amen
