Ignite the Flame
When a fire is left
untended, it begins to burn lower and lower until there is nothing left
but coals that are hidden under the dirt. So it is with you when you do
not feed the fire that I have put within you, my child.
Though the cares and
burdens of life may have distracted you from tending that fire, know
that the coals of the passion and zeal for Me are still there, and they
only need to be fed to turn what seems to be a dead fire, back into a
burning inferno.
So come to Me my child, and
feed your spirit, soul and body with My Presence. Let Me speak words of
love, of encouragement, and of direction to focus your heart back to
the purpose to which I have called you. Come and receive exactly what
you need to reignite the fire that has not gone out, but is meant to be
revived and to burn brightly to pierce the darkness.
Let Me set your heart ablaze again with the desire to change the world and then step out in faith to do it. Amen.
