My child, when the cares of life come to weigh you down, you do not have to succumb to the spirit of heaviness or to the torn garments full of ash and sorrow. I have given you a garment of praise that you can wear for your heaviness and for your troubles.
It is time to pick up your garment of praise, to put it on, and forget about every single care and problem that you are facing. Give me your cares because I care for you and I want to help you and give you the wisdom that you need to make it through your hardships.
Praise Me, my love, until you are naked, and are no longer carrying any of the weights and stresses that you have. Shake off the clothing of sorrow, fear, guilt, doubt, and bitterness that you are wearing.
Run into my arms and remember that I have the power to place you high above the circumstances of this world and of your life, says the Lord.
