Seeing From the Correct Perspective

It does not take much to wash away the discouragement from your heart my child. It only takes a few moments in my presence and the thoughts of your mind will come to peace. For it is my peace that will calm the storms of your heart. While the storms are raging, you cannot see clearly. While the wind is blowing, the whole world feels in upheaval. So come to peace. Once you come to peace you will see with new eyes and hear with new ears. Each time that you try and fix things when the storm is upon you, you end up trying to push against the storm and are undone. However if you would only come to peace first, you would see that I have given you a way to escape. You would see that I have already prepared a way for you that is so much easier. Yet you always choose the hard way! You fight with your flesh and you beat your fists into the air without having any target.
So wait on me now. Come to peace and ignore the storms around you for a moment. Allow me to show you where they are coming from. Allow me to separate the truth from the lie. For much of the storm is a lie from the enemy to distract you from the truth. He would have you run in so many directions that do not solve the problem. So come to peace! Only when you are at rest, will you see the solution open up before you - right in front of your eyes! Once this happens, all the turmoil within will come to rest. The discouragement will give way to hope. Frustration will give way to love and doubt will give way to faith.
Then you can stand up again and command that storm to be silent! You will have the insight to know where to focus your strength. You will have the wisdom to know what step to take next. This revelation can only come from a place of rest. So come now child and rest in my arms. I am always here to give you a shelter and direction for the rest of your journey. Come to peace and in it you will find the secret to undo the work of the enemy and to discover the treasures I have put inside of you says the Lord. Amen.
