Choose the Easy Yoke

Cast your cares and your loads on me, my child. I have not called you to be strong in your own strength and to carry your burden alone. For I promised you that my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
So stop trying in your own strength to carry all these loads by yourself. Look to your right and see that I am standing right next to you, waiting to help you carry that load. For when you are weak I will be strong through you. When you fall to the ground, I want to lend you a helping hand so that you can get up again.
All it requires is that you accept my help and let go of the load that you are carrying. For as long as you are holding on, I cannot give you the solution. As long as you claim to know the way that you have to walk and the burden that you have to carry, I cannot show you an easier way.
Cast your care on me and take my hand. Stop exhausting yourself and realize that in me you find everything that you need to fulfill the task that was given to you and to complete the journey that you have started. Amen
