Some Trust in Chariots
In days of old the people thought that if they had many horses and chariots that this would win the battle for them. However my rules are different. While some trust in chariots and horses, my people cried out to my name and I delivered them in miraculous ways! In the same way, my power and deliverance is available to you this day child.
Do not think that you must store up horses and chariots. It is not your skill or works that will help you overcome, but my power. For your skill and efforts are limited. You can only do so much and learn so much. Then you reach the end of your resources. No, instead you must use my resources! Trust in me rather and you will see that my ability has no bounds. My power has no bounds. I will not run out of miracles or out of strength.
My arm is strong child! It can overcome the enemy with one swift flick of my wrist. All you need to do is trust in me. Do not trust in what you see or feel. Do not trust in what you have done, but trust in me. Cling to me and throw yourself to my mercy. When you do this, you will find that I not only catch you, but carry you high above the clouds says the Lord. Amen.
