Fighting on Your Behalf

Hide under my wings child - away from the scorching sun that would cause you to become so weary. For although I have led you on this road and although it seems difficult at times, know that you never have to walk it alone.
You rest under my shadow and as you do, I shall empower you to do all that I have called you to do. For you must realize that you need not walk in your own strength, but that you should walk in mine. For the world rests on talents and contacts and natural ability - but I have called you to rest in my power!
I have not called you to be like the world. I have not called you because of your talent and ability. Rather I have called you because of my grace and because of your availability. So rest under my wings and be empowered by my spirit and this road will seem easy to walk.
For yes, there are times you will need to cross the wilderness to reach your promised land, but I have not left you without provision or rest. Only trust. Stand in faith! Stand on the promises and do not waiver in what you believe. For circumstances will tempt you to waiver. The voices of others will tempt you to waiver. The lies of the enemy will try to get you to waiver - but stand strong in faith!
Have more faith in what I have told you than in what you hear around you. Have more faith in my Word and my confirmations than in what you see. Then rest in my shadow and realize that it does not matter who or what is against you - for I am for you and that I surely fight on your behalf this day says the Lord. Amen
